SHERRY COBBLER

A classic summer cocktail, sherry can also be swapped out for whisky or brandi in this recipe.

  • 120ml Dry or Amontillado Sherry
  • 3tsp Sugar
  • 2-4 Slices orange
  • Ice
METHOD

combine the spirits, sugar, and fruit
then shake well with ice
(You can muddle the fruit first if preferred) Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice
Then garnish with fresh fruit, Plunk in a straw and enjoy
